Enjoy this tour, which will take you from Costa del Sol, to Tarifa, to Tangier, where you will be able to explore the local souk, the medina, and the Kasbah, before a trip to the bazaar.
Following your pick-up from your hotel or meeting point, you begin your coach journey from Costa del Sol to Tarifa. You will board the Fast Ferry from the Tarifa Port and cruise across the Strait of Gibraltar.
Upon your arrival in Tangier, you will start a walking tour around the souk to find a vast range of Mediterranean fruits and vegetables, spices, dried fruits, and so on.
After that, the group will discover the Medina (old town) and the Kasbah (old fortress) to uncover its architectural wealth. Then, you will take a break to view the snake charmers and sample some fresh bread at one of the delightful local bakeries. Next, you can enjoy a traditional lunch in a typical Moroccan restaurant.
Later, you will be taken to the bazaar to learn about the different carpet types and local handicraft. After the visit to the bazaar, the group will enjoy a sightseeing bus tour along the promenade seafront, Avenue Mohamed V, Severo Ochoa Institute, the Portuguese, American, Italian and Spanish Quarters and the Royal Palace. You will stop at Cape Spartel, the site where Mediterranean and Atlantic waters converge. You will continue to *Hercules' Caves and stop at an Atlantic dune for pictures and some optional camel riding. Finally, you pass through the wealthy area of the city before heading back to Tarifa Port.
