A memorable Venetian mask-painting workshop!
Visit a typical workshop in Dorsoduro district and design a Venetian mask under the guidance of an experienced mark artist. You get to choose your favorite handmade mask amongst 50 different papier maché models and paint it to your liking before adding finishing touches with decorative feathers, ribbons and sequins. Just let your imagination run wild and design your very own carnival mask. Of course, once you are finished you are free to take your Venetian mask with you.

• A minimum of 1 person is required & a maximum of 10 people is permitted
• The tour is operational even with rain (a refund will be provided in the event of cancellation due to an exceptional high tide)
• No refunds for no shows or late arrivals
• The meeting point is right at "La Bauta” Mask Shop, Campo San Tomà, 2867 (GPS coordinates: Lat. 45.436206 & Long. 12.327089)
• You are required to be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to the tour’s starting time
• You are required to present a printed/mobile copy of your voucher to the tour staff upon arrival
• Languages: English, Italian & French
• The tour operates from Monday to Saturday at 10:30, 12:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00 (September 1st – March 31st 2019)
• The tour will NOT operate during the following dates: November 1st, December 8th & 25th, January 1st & 6th
• Total duration is approx. 1 hour
Be sure to get there at least 20 minutes prior to tour starting time, the boat will leave from a nearby shore
