Get a gourmet experience far from the well-worn tourist track! You will be collected by car in front of your hotel and will be driven to the ancient village of Mazzano Romano, where you will head to a lush garden and farm full of fresh vegetables,
spices, and eggs. There, you will select all the ingredients you need to create the menu you will be preparing in your cookery lesson. Don't wear fancy shoes!
The chef will guide you through the lesson and show you how to prepare each item on the menu step-by-step, using methods that you'll be able to use when you get back home. The chef will teach you how to prepare everything, from appetizers to the starter, main course and dessert. You will cook your own delicious, traditional Italian meal. Take some time to relax and enjoy the natural setting before being taken back to your hotel in Rome.
